To register and use 98s you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 98s. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide your real name exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID. This is required because all withdrawals on 98s are processed back to accounts registered in your name — whether that is your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast-linked account, or bank account. Any mismatch between your 98s account name and your payment method name may delay or prevent withdrawals.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 98s support immediately.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your account is for your personal use only.
• You must keep your contact details — particularly your email address and mobile number — up to date in your account settings.
• 98s may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any other point deemed appropriate.

Completing your account profile accurately from the start avoids delays when you want to make your first withdrawal. We strongly recommend completing identity verification as soon as you register rather than waiting until you need to withdraw.

All deposits on 98s are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast interbank transfers, standard bank transfers, and Pakistani-issued debit and credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — from a family member's account, a friend's wallet, or any account not belonging to you — are not accepted.
• 98s does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your 98s balance in PKR once confirmed by the payment provider. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited within minutes.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact support with the transaction reference number from your payment app.
• 98s reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be connected to fraudulent activity.

You can set a deposit limit on your account through the responsible gaming section of your account settings. This allows you to cap your daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit may be subject to a cooling-off period.

Withdrawals from 98s are processed back to verified payment methods registered in the same name as your 98s account. All withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are displayed in your account withdrawal section.

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated in the withdrawal section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method chosen.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-funded winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by you are not subject to wagering requirements.
• 98s reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals from accounts flagged for review.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for deposits where possible, as an anti-fraud measure.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds or bonus-funded winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in that bonus's terms.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active on your account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Eligible players: Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 98s reserves the right to decline a bonus offer to any player at its discretion, particularly where patterns of bonus abuse are detected.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated in each bonus's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including hedging bets, coordinating with other players, creating multiple accounts, or any other form of manipulation — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed for suspension.

All games available on the 98s platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, and any other offerings in the game lobby — are provided by third-party game suppliers and operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer formats. • Results generated by RNG games are final once confirmed by the game engine. 98s cannot alter game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, any bets already placed remain active. On reconnection, the game will resume or settle based on the outcome determined by the game server.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98s and will result in account suspension , permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using someone else's payment method, identity documents, or personal information.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 98s staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse transactions through your payment provider without first raising a dispute with 98s support (also known as a chargeback).

• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Short-term exclusions can be set for periods from 24 hours to several weeks. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account and cannot be reversed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after any applicable checks are completed.

To the fullest extent permitted, 98s shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party outages, or circumstances outside 98s's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

• Any indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of 98s.
